Uma pandemia que marcou a História da Humanidade, foi a Peste Negra, que ceifou a vida de quase 200.000.000 de pessoas, na Europa, entre 1346 e 1353.
Naquela época, o homem não estava preparado para enfrentá-la, e atribuía tudo isso à ira de Deus.
Hoje, felizmente, estamos mais preparados e sabemos que Deus não tem nada a ver com isso.
No meu confinamento, fico imaginando o terror daquelas pessoas do século XIV, dentro de casa, achando que nas ruas, os anjos da morte as estavam esperando.
